About N.P.C.
Nano Palayesh Ceram (N.P.C.) is a leading developer of high-performance ceramic membranes designed for a wide range of solid–liquid separation processes, including Microfiltration (MF), Ultrafiltration (UF), Tight UF, and large-pore filtration. Engineered to perform under extreme conditions, our membranes withstand temperatures up to 300 °C, operating pressures up to 10 bar, and full chemical exposure across the pH 0 to 14 range, making them ideal for the most demanding industrial and scientific environments.
Our membrane solutions are built on a combination of robust ceramic supports and high-performance coatings, including Silicon Carbide, Alumina, Zirconia, Titania, and Mullite. Each formulation is tailored to the needs of the application, offering excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, mechanical durability, biocompatibility, and specialized surface properties such as superhydrophilic or superhydrophobic behavior.
We offer a wide range of membrane geometries including Tubular, Multichannel, Flat Sheet, and Candle-type designs to meet various system configurations. In addition, N.P.C. has the capability to design and manufacture customized membrane shapes and sizes based on specific technical and operational requirements.
While Water and Wastewater treatment remains our core application area, N.P.C. ceramic membranes are used across a wide spectrum of industries. These include Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Mining and Mineral Processing, Chemical Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Pulp and Paper, Power Generation, Semiconductor and Electronics, Textile, Automotive, Metal Finishing, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology sectors. They are also widely utilized in academic research, pilot-scale systems, and environmental engineering projects.
Our membranes are available in a broad range of pore sizes, from 50 nanometers (Tight UF) to 200 nanometers (MF), and up to 1 to 40 microns for coarse filtration, enabling precise separation performance across both low- and high-solid environments.
At N.P.C., Quality Control is embedded into every stage of our process to ensure each membrane meets the highest standards of performance and durability. Alongside production, our dedicated Research and Development team is actively working on next-generation membrane technologies, including the development of Nanofiltration (NF) and Zeolite-based membranes, to meet emerging demands in Separation Science, Resource Recovery, and Environmental Sustainability.
