The NPC-M-5091 Multichannel Ceramic Membrane by Nano Palayesh Ceram (NPC) is designed for ultra-high capacity industrial filtration. With a 50 mm outer diameter and 91 precision-formed circular channels, it provides a filtration surface area of ~1.2 m², making it the largest standard size in the NPC multichannel series.
Featuring 3.5 mm channel inner diameters, this membrane ensures optimized flow dynamics, low fouling, and high throughput. Constructed from advanced ceramic materials including Silicon Carbide, Zirconia, Alumina, Titania, Silica, and Mullite, it delivers excellent chemical, thermal (up to 300°C), and mechanical resistance. Fully compatible with CIP and backflush operations, the NPC-M-5091 guarantees long-term operational reliability for diverse industrial applications.
